Dado que el sector de recursos humanos implica actividades que implican el registro de datos personales, el \u00e1rea deber\u00e1 reestructurarse y el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n se restringir\u00e1 \u00fanicamente al personal autorizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe destacar que la Ley se aplica no solo a los medios digitales, sino tambi\u00e9n a los f\u00edsicos, como archivos y documentos. En este sentido, la LGPD es la legislaci\u00f3n brasile\u00f1a que establecer\u00e1 par\u00e1metros para las actividades relacionadas con el tratamiento de datos, con el objetivo de proteger la privacidad y la libertad de las personas, que son derechos fundamentales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro ejemplo pr\u00e1ctico que podemos analizar con la nueva ley es el uso de las fotos para el empleado del mes. Con la LGPD, esta forma de comunicaci\u00f3n interna deber\u00e1 replantearse. Las empresas desean reconocer a sus empleados, pero a menudo cometen errores al usar sus datos e im\u00e1genes. Una foto es un dato personal que requiere autorizaci\u00f3n previa para su divulgaci\u00f3n. En este sentido, la empresa debe elaborar un documento solicitando la autorizaci\u00f3n y el consentimiento expreso por escrito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre otros puntos, la LGPD en RR. HH. debe establecer nuevas formas de almacenamiento de datos, adem\u00e1s de redefinir las pr\u00e1cticas de conservaci\u00f3n y garantizar la protecci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n durante la permanencia del empleado en la empresa.
